Quantity Pricing and
Quotations: For maximum price
breaks, we will quote on quantities larger than those listed. Please
call or email our office if the quantity you want to order is more
than the price breaks listed in our online catalog.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped F.O.B. Richfield, OH or factory, at the
discretion of The Wright Safety Company unless otherwise agreed to
by the Wright Safety Company.
Emergency
Shipping: Shipping is available for the same day or
next day delivery. For exact delivery information, call and ask one
of our customer service representatives.
Claims:
We take great care in filling, checking, and packing your
order. On rare occasions, a package can be damaged or lost in
transmit. If either happens, write it down on the delivery receipt
before signing. If a truck shipment is damaged, please obtain an
inspection report from the truck line immediately.
Returned Goods Policy: Goods may not be returned
without our prior written authorization. Goods must be in new,
unused condition, and in their original carton or package. All
returns, except for shipping error or product defect, may be subject
to a restocking charge plus freight charges on both the original and
returned shipment. No goods may be returned after 30 days of date
purchased.
